I was literally singing in the rain while I walked around Portland today. Greg Laswell on my iPod and my big umbrella out. But to share some more Singin' in the Rain that won't make you want to cover your ears, I have my April Singin' in the Rain Studio Calico layouts to share...
Amanda told me at dinner the other night she gets sad when she sees that I have a new blog post and there are no photos of her. My April layouts just so happen to celebrate the wonderful Ms. Spurlock. I got add-ons one, three, and four this month and kind of just mixed them all together. This layout is a lot of three with the SC Patterned Paper that I love.
So funny that this photostrip of Amanda and me was taken at the Ace Hotel in NYC... and here I am at the Ave in PDX. Wishing she was here to jump in the photobooth with me in this lobby! I used my new Epiphany Crafts button maker on this one. Loving this tool so far. Also uses the new Daily Junque stamp set that I mentioned before... it's too cool.
I thought add-on four was so pretty this month and used a ton of it here... I had fun with all the pinks, obviously! When I was in Louisville earlier in the month, Greg + April took us to a yummy restaurant that gave us cotton candy at the end of the meal. Mmmmm I loved it. The pink ink that I used is JBS Chewing gum, which matches perfectly.
I also noticed that the CLOUDS STAMPS are back in stock... I used them for my fun ice cream cones! I am already excited for May's kit which will have some of my FAVORITE new stamps and some other surprises I'm excited to share as well. Hope you enjoy Singin' in the Rain!
