It's Field Guide Reveal time! You can shop now at Studio Calico - be sure to pick up one of the awesome add-ons this month. I used add-on #1 Prenennial, add-on #3 Meadow Lark, and add-on #4 Almanac and here's what I made (I did a lot this month hee)...
This layout uses the Main Kit, Field Guide, only. I also picked up the 1/2 circle punch - which is NEW in the shop - and will be using this punch over and over. And of course this is my gorgeous friend Liz... I do love that girl!
This month the DT all created a layout or project inspired by a pin that has been pinned on the SC Pinterest Board. And you know how much I love Pinterest, so this was a very fun challenge for me.
I used the stamp from the Main Kit combined with clear Zing embossing powder. And here's my inspo...
And my favorite layout for the month...
An Instax photo of Susan and me, combined with the Amy Tangerine Bits from add-on #4, and my favorite mist - Barnwood. I am loving gray backgrounds lately... I have been misting Barnwood over the gray cardstock for great results.
I took the little envelopes from add-on #1 Prenennial and stitched them together to create a little mini album. I used white Zing embossing powder on the kraft for a fun look - you MUST get the circle stamp from add-on #1, I'm loving it...
I can't say enough about how much I love the Amy Tangerine mini album that's in add-on #4 Almanac... in fact I think everyone at Scrapfest got sick of hearing me gush about it! I turned mine into a little book of happy things that I want to keep adding to over time...
There are other little notes inside that are more private... I stole the idea of asking people to leave me little messages from Amy. I love it. The SMASH date stamp is still available at Simon Says Stamp and as you can see I'm obsessed with this little guy.
I have to mention that one of my all-time favorite kits (no lie!) Glee Club is still available. This one was so inspiring to me... be sure to scoop one up if you haven't yet!
So there you have it... that is my monster month of October. Hope you enjoy Field Guide!!!
