I lived a block away from Angel's Knoll for a month and never realized it. I was downtown today to meet Liz for lunch and made a stop before heading home.

It was made famous in one of my all-time favorite movies, 500 Days of Summer. And I have to say, I understand why Tom loved this park so much. It's very peaceful, in the midst of a crazy downtown area. Very lovely.
I saw 500 Days of Summer twice in the movie theater. I've watched it on DVD more times than I can count. I saw the Temper Trap in concert at Terminal 5. I love it all. Sometimes I'm Tom, sometimes I'm Summer. And now I've sat on the bench.
