Last week Amanda and I celebrated our five year Friendiversary back where it all started at Diner in Brooklyn. Here comes the blessing of being a memory keeper / life documenter / scrapbooker / blogger / obsessive about recording everything in life. I wrote about our first dinner together in this blog post here five years ago. Little did I know back then that she'd become one of my best friends in life and we'd get to share so many good things in life.
And here's a layout that I made using the photos that I took that night, it was published in Creating Keepsakes magazine:
We were just babies back then. So young + innocent.
One thing that hasn't changed is Diner. It's still delicious, still full of hipsters. One of the most noted things about Diner is that they don't give you a menu, they write it onto the paper on the table.
The burger is famous (hence the exclamation point from our server) but we opted for the sea trout + beef. And we started with a salad because we're now grown, responsible adults. Ha.
Three cheers to more dinners at Diner and many more years of celebrating / documenting Friendiversary's!
